Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Clerical Tasks
- Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, schedules, and presentations as needed.
- Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of contact between departments, staff, and management.
- Facilitate communication to ensure timely delivery of information and tasks.
- Coordinate departmental meetings, agendas, and minutes.
- Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Operational Support
- Assist in planning and organizing events, activities, or projects.
- Monitor workflow, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Track progress of departmental initiatives and provide updates to management.
- Monitor supply levels and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Team Support
- Provide assistance to staff and supervisors in completing administrative tasks.
- Help onboard new employees by preparing documents and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Support training programs by organizing materials and attendance.
Customer/Guest Assistance (if hospitality-related)
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments for guest needs.
- Ensure guest issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
