Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Clerical Tasks

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, schedules, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in managing calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a central point of contact between departments, staff, and management.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure timely delivery of information and tasks.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Operational Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, activities, or projects.
  • Monitor workflow, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Track progress of departmental initiatives and provide updates to management.
  • Monitor supply levels and coordinate procurement when necessary.

Team Support

  • Provide assistance to staff and supervisors in completing administrative tasks.
  • Help onboard new employees by preparing documents and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Support training programs by organizing materials and attendance.

Customer/Guest Assistance (if hospitality-related)

  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and other departments for guest needs.
  • Ensure guest issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
