Entry Level Invoicing Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Associate to manage billing requests, process invoices and credit memos, and ensure compliance with standards while maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keen to details on evaluating and analyzing request/transactions/source documents for processing/billing and ensure to comply with the standards
- Knowledgeable and has vast experience with billing invoices and credit memos through data entry
- Participates in calibration (internal and external) exercises on a regular basis to ensure consistency
- Knowledgeable in tracking and documenting client's information with the required reports
- Can perform other assigned/related duties within center as directed
Qualifications:
- With 0-2 years of total work experience in Invoicing/Accounts receivable Set-Up or traditional accounting set up
- Fresh graduates of accounting or business-related courses are encouraged to apply
- Must have excellent communication and written skills
- Good analytical ability
- Typing speed 40-50 WPM
