Job Summary

The Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day business activities run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves monitoring operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating between departments, and supporting management in achieving company goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Process Management

  • Support daily business operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement, monitor, and improve operational procedures and workflows.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate operational issues or updates to management promptly.

3. Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze operational data and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

4. Resource Management

  • Assist in managing inventory, supplies, or scheduling of resources.
  • Ensure optimal use of manpower and materials.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all operations comply with safety, quality, and legal standards.
  • Support audits and prepare necessary documentation.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and help implement operational improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
  • Participate in planning sessions and process improvement projects.
