Turnover Specialist

Job Purpose:

Provide quality service and help build rapport between the company and the buyers by facilitating the smooth turnover of units and addressing buyers' and homeowners' concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units handed over by contractors meet the developer's quality and safety standards before they are endorsed for homeowner turnover.
• Facilitates a smooth and organized turnover of units to homeowners, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Keeps accepted but unturned units in proper condition until they are officially turned over to homeowners.
• Ensures efficient management if unit warranties and resolution of post-turnover homeowner concerns within warranty coverage.
• Assistance on Scheduling of Unit Inspections

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management or Business-related courses.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in turnover operations (unit inspections, punchlisting, defect rectification coordination)
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service roles within the real estate, property management, or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with buyers and homeowners.
• Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving concerns.
• Training or certification in Project/ Facilities/ Property Management, Customer Service or related field is an advantage.
