We are looking for a
US Tax Accountant, (1) Junior and (1) Senior.
This role is ideal for a candidate with US tax experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field. We are open to training a promising individual, preferably someone with positive energy, who knows how to make good out of a stressful situation, who demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional ethics.

This position provides hands-on training, direct mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within our tax team. It's also ideal for candidates who are currently employed, as the onboarding is scheduled for
December
or
Early 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the compilation of tax data for individual tax returns.
  • Preparation of tax workpapers for business tax returns.
  • Preparation of business, personal, and not-for-profit tax returns.
  • Communicate issues and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
    (preferably CPA).
  • Junior level: Minimum
    1 year of tax preparation
    experience using the
    US IRS tax regulations.
  • Senior level: With
    3-5 years of tax preparation
    experience using the
    US IRS tax regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in different tax software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with online tax programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Able to work on the night shift schedule
  • Must be residing near or in Metro Manila
