Key of Responsibilities:

Do messenger works such as but not limited to receiving and picking up of packages, messages, and other items and delivering them to specified recipients in a timely manner;

Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties

Cleaning and maintaining orderliness of the offices and company compound.

Perform errands if needed such as but not limited to bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or delivery of packages or documents.

Processing of bank transactions and government transactions

Perform minor repairs and conducts maintenance tasks

Perform collection activities in coordination with Finance Division

Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation

Report to Administrator and Operations Manager

Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a Driver (can drive any types of vehicles).
  • A valid driver's license (Code A, A1, B, B1, C).
  • A clean driving records.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices.
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
  • A polite and professional disposition.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).
  • Willing to work or rendered over time works.

Education: High School Diploma and/or work equivalent

Work Experience: 1 to year as a Messenger and/or Office Maintenance

Skills/Abilities:

Written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude

Flexibility

Good communication and people skills

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
