Sr. Draftsperson

About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Draftsperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone currently working on high-end project homes and ready to take the next step into bespoke, one-of-a-kind residential projects. You'll be part of a collaborative design and drafting team, contributing to the creation of beautiful, custom luxury homes for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and document custom luxury residential projects (up to AUD $4 million) and small residential developments such as townhouses and apartments.
• Collaborate closely with our team of drafters, in-house interior designer, and external consultants.
• Apply your technical expertise to support and enhance the design process.
• Ensure all designs comply with NCC, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and detailed drawings that reflect the design intent and project requirements.
• Contribute to the development of thoughtful, contemporary, and enduring homes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential drafting (preferably in high-end or custom home projects).
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must.
• Experience with 4D Library is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and solid construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills — a true team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
