Sr Draftsperson

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Senior Draftsperson for Luxury Residential Designs
Work Set-up: Work From Office / Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone (Morning Shift) Salary: Php 80,000.00 gross salary package (depending on experience)​

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and document custom luxury residential projects (up to AUD $4 million) and small residential developments such as townhouses and apartments.

• Collaborate closely with our team of drafters, in-house interior designer, and external consultants.

• Apply your technical expertise to support and enhance the design process.

• Ensure all designs comply with NCC, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards.

• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and detailed drawings that reflect the design intent and project requirements.

• Contribute to the development of thoughtful, contemporary, and enduring homes.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills — a true team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and solid construction knowledge.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential drafting (preferably in high-end or custom home projects).

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must.

• Experience with 4D Library is an advantage.
