  • Prepare and record daily financial transactions
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other financial records
  • Assist in preparing invoices, billing statements, and payment vouchers
  • Process reimbursements and liquidations
  • Check and verify expense reports and supporting documents
  • Prepare bank deposit slips, monitor bank transactions, and assist in bank reconciliation
  • Help in preparing financial reports, summaries, and other schedules
  • Organize and maintain accounting files and documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers, employees, and other departments regarding payments or concerns
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager
