Duties and Responsibilities (Operations)

-Answering Phone calls and patient inquiries.

-Encoding and Releasing of Results.

-Management of material resources of the department

-Sorting, Filing and Organizing Patient/ Department Files and Records.

-Responsible for scheduling of patients.

-Responsible for reporting the status of the department to the Chief Multispecialty Technologist.

-Participate in all Hospital Activities that involves the department.

-Responsible for support and contribute in the strategic planning for the department.

-Responsible for Delivering Quality Service to our patients.

-Responsible for reporting and make prevention for any incidence that may occur.

-Responsible to participate in any DOH or Philhealth inspection for the hospital compliance.

-Responsible to Monitor the Hospital Properties within the Department and Inventory.

-Responsible to perform and must follow hospital program like 5's, Infection Control Protocol, Safety and environmental friendly in the hospital as a way of life.

-Responsible to follow the hospital policies like Code of Conduct etc.

Duties and Responsibilities (Administrative)

-Responsible for ALL Multispecialty doctors Readers Fee, Staff Technologist Feeand other accounting related works.

-Timekeeping of OBGYNE- Hospitalist

-Requisition, inventory and Receiving of Department Stocks

-Responsible for Monthly reports.

Educational Qualification and Licensures:

-College Graduate

-Associate degree in business or accounting is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
