Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Security Ops Analyst, located in Las Piñas. The IT Security Ops Analyst will be responsible for implementing and enforcing cybersecurity, application, network, and information security measures. This includes monitoring security systems, managing incidents, assessing risks, developing strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance standards. The role involves collaboration with various teams to identify and resolve security issues and to enhance overall IT security processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity, including threat analysis and incident response
  • Proficiency in Application Security, ensuring secure development and deployment of applications
  • Expertise in Network Security and understanding of firewall configurations, intrusion detection, and prevention systems
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology and Information Security, particularly regarding compliance and risk management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) are a plus
  • Experience in security tools and technologies is highly desirable
