The Field Sales Coordinator supports retail operations by coordinating field activities, ensuring sales targets, brand standards are met across store locations, and acting as a liaison between HQ and in-store staff. This role focuses on execution, reporting, and communication to improve store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day retail field operations across assigned locations
  • Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, merchandising, and operational procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact between headquarters, field teams, and store managers
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and promotional rollouts
  • Assist with visual merchandising execution and planogram compliance
  • Collect, analyze, and report field data (sales trends, inventory issues, staffing needs, customer feedback)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment or transfers as needed
  • Support training initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures
  • Document field observations and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating concerns when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with own motorcycle (with driver's license)
  • Atleast College level
  • Advantage with inventory experience.
  • With related experience as Field Coordinator for 2-3 years.
  • With knowledge in retail industry
  • Physically fit
  • With SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth and TIN
  • Willing to process medical requirements

Rate: 695 daily + Transportation + Meals + Communication + Free HMO after 6 months after regularization

Location to be assigned: NCR 1 (Manila, Taguig, Makati, Quezon City, Pasay, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas etc. )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 per day
