Responsibilities

  1. Workforce Supervision & Deployment

  2. On-site Monitoring: Visit client sites daily to ensure deployed personnel (promodizers, warehouse staff, office temps, etc.) are present and performing their duties.

  3. Attendance Tracking: Manage daily time records (DTRs), monitor lates/absences, and immediately coordinate "relievers" or replacements for absent workers.

  4. Deployment Logistics: Assist in the physical mobilization of new hires, including site orientations and the distribution of uniforms or IDs.

  5. Employee Relations & Welfare

  6. Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for workers' concerns regarding pay, benefits, or working conditions.

  7. Disciplinary Action: Issue memos or conduct initial coaching for employees who violate company or client policies.

  8. Motivation: Conduct regular "toolbox meetings" or check-ins to maintain high morale and retention among the deployed staff.

  9. Client Liaison

  10. Relationship Management: Coordinate with the client's site managers or HR to ensure the agency's services meet their operational standards.

  11. Performance Reviews: Gather feedback from clients regarding worker performance and relay it back to the agency's recruitment team.
  12. Issue Resolution: Quickly address any operational bottlenecks or safety concerns reported by the client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in same role will be an advantage
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel daily.
  • Can start immediately
