About the role

As a Modular Cabinet Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its business objectives. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories or market segments
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
  4. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching and closing techniques
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets
  6. Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing or a related field
