Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Cebu IT Park (Work Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently and accurately.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system or call logs.

Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.

Follow communication scripts, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and call center software.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (English and [Other Language]) is a plus.

Experience with remote call center tools or VoIP systems.

Familiarity with customer service KPIs and metrics.
