Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a process improvement role.
  • Strong understanding of both business operations and technology-driven products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for process tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, BI tools a plus).
  • Background in tech-enabled industries is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimize internal business operations, identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
  • Review and analyze customer-facing app processes to support a better user experience.
  • Immerse in operations to gain a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to design tools, features, and process improvements.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements from multiple teams into clear functional specifications.
  • Create solutions when needed to address operational or process challenges.
  • Prepare documentation, business cases, and reports to support alignment and decision-making.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate performance and measure the impact of changes.
  • Support change management efforts, including implementation, training, and feedback collection.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and business outcomes.
