JOB SUMMARY

Responsible the development of strategies to achieve sales targets through promotional activities and ensures perfect Customer Service Level on the selling floor. Plans systematically merchandise movements with the Department Heads and ensures adequate stocks in all departments at all times

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SELLING AREA

· Ensures that all departments are able to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Ensures proper display of merchandise based on standards.

· Ensures that excellent customer service is rendered by all the departments at all times.

· Ensures quality products are displayed in all departments.

· Ensures that all departments observe good housekeeping at all times.

· Ensures that all departments properly implements promotional activities.

· Ensures timely installation and achievement of redemption rate set by Marketing.

  1. MERCHANDISING

· Ensures 100% Customer Service Level on the selling floor.

· Ensures minimal RTVs and Disposals for the selling floor.

· Ensures that all departments are able to provide the monitor and analysis of stocks replenishment details.

· Facilitates merchandise replenishment in all critical areas of the store.

· Plans systematically merchandise movements with the Department Heads and ensures adequate stocks in all departments at all times.

· Recommends merchandise and suppliers for possible display rentals.

· Ensures accurate and proper implementation of cycle count procedure.

  1. OPERATING

§ Supervises and ensures that training programs motivates all Department Heads.

§ Implements properly Offenses Subject to Disciplinary Action (OSDA) and store policies.

  1. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Prepares the following reports; summary of customer feedback and complaints, CSL report on top of 500 SKUs, and Department Sales Analysis based on Business Review requirements.

  1. OTHERS

· Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course.

· Preferably with Experience in a service-oriented Company
