We are hiring Commissary Leader to join our growing F&B group. This role is critical in leading production and warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in processes, and maintaining discipline and accountability within the team.

Non-Negotiables (Culture & Availability)

  • Command Responsibility – You own your area; no blame-passing.
  • On-Call for Emergencies – Must be available during weekends/holidays if there's a business-impacting issue.
  • Firm Presence with Blue-Collar Teams – Able to give clear instructions and implement fair discipline.
  • Data Integrity – Physical must match the system (cycle counts, PODs, labels).
  • Issue Closure – Critical issues must be resolved or escalated within 3 days

Qualifications

  • Leadership: Proven experience leading small teams in production, warehouse, logistics, plant operations, fast-food, BPO, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Process Mindset: Can map workflows, spot bottlenecks, and implement SOPs effectively.
  • Numbers Comfort: Able to read basic P&L, compute simple KPIs (fulfillment %, yield variance, spoilage %, stock-outs, cost/drop).
  • Communication: Direct, assertive, and capable of clear written updates.
  • Stress Grit: Can remain calm under pressure; acts fast and seeks help when needed.
  • Availability: Must be on-site in Bulacan; willing to be on-call for urgent business needs.
  • Education: Any course. Relevant experience is valued more than a diploma.
