Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours only; 7AM to 4PM unless other tasks come up

Transport: Owning a motorbike can be an advantage but not required

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide prompt, safe, and efficient transportation to executive staff and guests to various destinations, including business meetings, airports, and private residences.
  • Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, maintaining a perfect driving record.
  • Plan routes effectively using GPS and real-time traffic updates to ensure timely arrival and departure, anticipating potential delays and offering alternative routes.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with executives and clients.
  • Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in perfect operating condition (tires, oil, fuel, lights, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Someone who has an executive or personal driver experience preferably for C-level executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic flow, particularly Alabang, Makati, BGC (Taguig), Pasay, Ortigas, and nearby business districts.
  • Must hold a valid professional driver's license
  • Excellent driving record (no major traffic violation, accident, etc)
  • Preferably residing in or near Alabang, Muntinlupa, or Las Piñas, for ease of daily pick-up. Daily pick-up point: Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Familiar with vehicle maintenance, care, and safe driving practices.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor when dealing with executives, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Must be able to communicate in basic English for instructions and coordination. (Note: The CEO is Danish)
