Customer Service Specialist

- Process purchase orders to suppliers and manage purchasing activities.
- Receive customer orders and handle selling transactions accordingly.
- Coordinate delivery schedules between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare quotations requested by the sales department.
- Support production scheduling and planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and materials availability as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or inquiries.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- With experience in a manufacturing company, especially in production scheduling and planning (this is important).
- Knowledgeable in materials handling and planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Can work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
