  • Process purchase orders to suppliers and manage purchasing activities.
  • Receive customer orders and handle selling transactions accordingly.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare quotations requested by the sales department.
  • Support production scheduling and planning to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and materials availability as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • With experience in a manufacturing company, especially in production scheduling and planning (this is important).
  • Knowledgeable in materials handling and planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • Can work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
