Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Technical Operations (Primary Function)

Remotely operate 3–4 PTZ cameras via TeamViewer

Adjust framing, zoom, focus, and exposure during live sessions

Switch camera feeds and layouts using OBS, ATEM, vMix, or similar systems

Monitor stream quality, audio levels, and network stability

Follow a cue sheet and respond to real-time instructions

Conduct pre-event technical checks

Troubleshoot live issues quickly and communicate clearly with the UK team

Support with multi-day online event delivery (3 online days + 1 live day)

2. Video Editing (Secondary Function)

Edit highlight reels, training content, and event cutdowns

Produce short-form clips for marketing or LMS use

Apply simple graphics, titles, and branding templates

Maintain organised media libraries and project files

Deliver consistent weekly editing output

Support ad-hoc internal video editing needs

3. Operations Support

Assist with scene setup, macros, and switching configurations

Participate in rehearsal sessions before each LFX cycle

Document technical processes and keep workflows updated

Perform test runs for new tools or production setups

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

Experience operating livestream systems (OBS, ATEM, vMix, Zoom Webinar or similar)

Competency with PTZ or remotely controlled camera systems

Solid video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication in English

Ability to focus and react quickly during high-pressure live broadcasts

Reliable computer setup, fast connection, and dual-monitor environment

Applicants will be required to submit at least three sample video edits showcasing their work. This helps us see your style, technical skills, and creativity in action.

High-speed, stable internet (50 Mbps+ download/upload) with a backup connection

Reliable power supply or backup to stay online during work hours

Flexibility to work UK business hours for seamless cross-border collaboration

Availability on weekends and public holidays if required

Preferred:

Knowledge of event production or online training environments

Understanding of broadcast fundamentals (audio routing, signal flow, etc.)

Experience preparing graphics or lower-thirds for livestreams

Familiarity with cue sheets or showflow document.

Availability & Schedule

Must be available during UK-aligned hours for LFX cycles

Participation in all LFX rehearsals and live delivery days

Editing tasks to be completed during non-LFX periods

Occasional weekend availability depending on event schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
