  • Comply with the operation's procedure (SOP) on checking the basic information and data of products.
  • Observant in ways that can pinpoint errors and discrepancies.
  • Communicate to co-operators, ATLs, TL with regard to work related issues.
  • Update the daily reports before the shift ends.
  • Endorse any issues to the next shift.
  • Validating the data if correctly offered
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with above-average knowledge, including: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables
  • Experience in detecting fraudulent activities, such as suspicious betting behavior, new account verification, and related patterns
  • Familiarity with handicap and arbitrage betting, including recognizing and managing related risks
  • Knowledge of soccer (experience handling soccer sports is a plus)
  • Ability to monitor in-play matches and identify irregularities or potential issues during live events
  • Good English communications skill (written and verbal)
