MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must be available for immediate employment
  • Candidate must have excellent knowledge of MS Office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process and record financial transactions (e.g., invoices, payments, receipts)
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents such as ledgers, statements, and report
  • Reconcile bank accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings
  • Track and monitor expenditures, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
