Purpose of the Role

  • Ensure accurate and reliable lease and portfolio data across the EMEA region.
  • Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for all data management, rent management and lease administration matters.
  • Deliver the Data Management and Rent Management scope of service, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop meaningful reporting and financial insights from the database to support decision-making for the wider team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Real Estate teams regarding Data Management and Finance Management matters.
  • Integrate across all client departments including finance, real estate, tax, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to client SOPs and governance standards.
  • Maintain portfolio and lease administration data integrity
  • Own regional portfolio reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of outputs.
  • Provide financial data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Act as intermediary between portfolio data systems and planning tools, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer for financial planning and strategy alignment.
  • Act as the regional escalation point for all client inquiries in region.
  • Monitor and support data change requests, lease abstraction, and data clean-up activities.
  • Lead monthly regional Data Management and Finance Management meetings, track actions, and communicate priorities and process changes effectively.
  • Own Data Management and Finance Management KPI monitoring and reporting at the regional level.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for financial and portfolio data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lease administration, portfolio data management, or corporate real estate with direct people management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency in real estate portfolio management systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of lease structures, real estate terminology, and compliance standards.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
  • Experience in preparing accurate and timely reports for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage escalations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Ability to work and communicate across all levels of a clients organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
