AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven products and solutions that address complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Responsible for end-to-end AI products development lifecycle, from ideation, proposal preparation, and prototyping to deployment and maintenance & reporting:

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI solutions including Machine Learning (ML) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems, and computer vision while ensuring full documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define AI strategy, gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.
• Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to evaluate emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for business growth, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) development and vendor assessments.
• Facilitate user research, develop training plans, and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions to support AI adoption and ensure alignment with ethical and legal standards.

B. Participate to the divisions design and implementation of overall strategy and guidelines for AI Program:

• Contribute to developing and implementing the AI Program's experience strategy and guidelines with measurable KPIs and KRAs.
• Communicate AI program goals clearly, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Create engaging AI content and products across digital channels, maintaining consistency with the Banks branding and messaging.
• Participate in the creation, submission, and presentation of AI plans covering business, technical, and enablement aspects.

C. Performance Management and Analysis:

• Develop and implement a performance management framework to track AI program success against KPIs and business case commitments.
• Analyze program data regularly to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies based on data-driven insights.

D. Reporting, Stakeholder Communication, Dashboard Development:

• Prepare and present performance reports and dashboards highlighting key trends and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Design, maintain, and improve interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in data and AI including chatbot experience management.
• Skilled in solutioning, including solution architecture assessment, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, R, and SQL; skilled in using reporting tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, and other MS Office applications; preferably with a solid background in developing mobile and web applications.
• Exposure to machine learning models for integration with AI programs with familiarity with statistical modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with Gen AI other AI technologies, preferably with MS Copilot Studio another LLMs.
• Familiarity with conversational design principles and chatbot/virtual assistant technologies.
• Skilled on research, business and technical analysis, business value propositions build & presentation
• Experience in branding and communications, with a keen eye for visual design and messaging.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in AI product development.
