Claims Assistant

The Claims Assistant provides essential support to the Claims Department in a non-life insurance setting. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting in the processing of claims, and ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed. The Claims Assistant also delivers quality customer service to policyholders, facilitates communication between clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders, and contributes to the efficient and timely resolution of claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
- Preferably with experience in motor claims processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
