Job Summary

As a Treasury Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing treasury payments, conducting bank reconciliations and handling cash management.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Ensures accuracy of collections and deposit within and/or following banking day

  • Enforces issuance of ORs in exchange of released checks

  • Monitoring of released/outstanding checks/return of vouchers issued to site/ bank financing collection reports

  • Ensures timely payment of utilities etc.

  • Monitor and work closely with collection (AR) team to ensure business funding

  • Liaise and reconciles with suppliers and partners

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly collection reports and analytics

  • Maintain required files, reports, and data

  • Coordinate with banks on issues relating to bank accounts and other concerns

  • Generating reports and statements for internal use.

  • Engaging in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

  • Processing of CA and re-imbursement
  • Interbank transfer
  • Check preparation for monthly recurring dues and to all vendors and
  • Process online disbursement for authorization and approval

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy, BSBA major in Finance, or related field.

  • At least two (2) years' experience in a similar role

  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability

  • With working knowledge in telecommunication and project management operations

  • Knowledgeable in Oracle NetSuite ERP System

  • Can start as soon as possible
