Job Summary:

Sunland Development Corporation is looking for a Treasury Associate to manage financial transactions, monitor cash flow, and support treasury operations. The role requires expertise in handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and cheque transactions, as well as proficiency in financial tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing cheques, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Prepare and maintain treasury reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Utilize financial tools such as Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and internal departments for financial transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • With experience in AP/AR and cheque handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other finance tools.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
