Key Responsibilities

  • Estimating & Quotation: Manage the full quote-to-order process, prepare accurate quotations and tender documents, and provide production time estimates.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyse construction plans and specifications; complete labour and material take-offs.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Liaise with stakeholders on production schedules and provide administrative support throughout the sales process.
  • General Support: Perform office duties to assist team members as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in estimating, preferably in Construction; Civil Earthworks experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with PlanSwift, Earthworks Pro, Kubla, and familiarity with Xero or similar software.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and numerical skills; able to interpret complex construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-focused.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Personal qualities: polite, honest, reliable, and collaborative.
