About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our team and help deliver world-class digital products in hospitality and beyond. You'll work on mobile apps, websites, hotel booking engines, loyalty programs, and other innovative projects—collaborating closely with our head of development and a development team in The Philippines.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain high-quality digital projects (websites, mobile apps, booking engines, loyalty systems).

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver work on time and to spec.

  • Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

  • Conduct pull request reviews and mentor other developers.

  • Apply modern DevOps practices and support infrastructure (AWS, Linux).

  • Implement automated unit testing for reliable, scalable codebases.

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to maximize efficiency and code quality.

  • Work independently while thriving in a collaborative, agency-style environment.

 

What you Bring

  • 8+ years of professional experience in web development (agency experience preferred).

  • Strong expertise in React and PHP.

  • WordPress theme development experience is a plus.

  • Proficient with git / GitHub workflows.

  • Knowledge of DevOps, AWS, Linux environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as within a distributed team.

  • Experienced in pull request reviews and mentoring peers.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and advanced prompting techniques.

  • Familiarity with automated unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
