The Department
Our Contract Data teams is the dynamic interface between our global network of Contract Managers and the systems which we use to sell hotel rooms to our customers. Every relationship we have with a hotel is governed by a complex contract which defines the services which will be provided by the hotel, their availability and price.
It's the responsibility of our team to ensure that every detail of that contract is accurately loaded into our systems and subsequently updated with any changes.
The Role
The Contract Data Executive (Availability) will be responsible for populating the data base with the information requested by the Destination Managers and Hotels related to the management of contract restrictions and content.
Key Activities:
- Process close-out requests in the relevant system(s) within set time frames;
- Manage the Availability general e-mail address and prioritise tasks;
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about specific restrictions according to the process;
- Monitor completeness / accuracy of contract restrictions;
- Maintain a good relationship with Destination Managers, Hotels and other internal teams;
- Create new properties in the relevant system(s);
- Capture and populate system(s) with specific hotel content, according to company guidelines;
- Accurately maintain hotel content and ensure content is accurate;
- Acquire images (photos) for properties as required, using various platforms;
- Provide support for other content tasks, if applicable.

The Requirements
- Data collection/inputting experience;
- Database administration and updating;
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional work quality;
- Team player, also able to work independently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Advanced Excel usage;
- Strong time management ability, able to multi task;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Travel industry background with customer service and / or administration support experience (preferred).
