Working Environment : Office-based; Client Call/Official Business Trips (two or three times a week); Work is deadline driven

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identifies prospective clients and networks for possible accounts to acquire new business and generate sales.

· Prepares the PSR with other pertinent documents such as master list, age indexing for the franchising of the account.

· Collects all the necessary data for the preparation of the QRF and submits to actuary for the processing of the quotation.

· Attends bidding meetings with client-company representatives and prepares all documentary requirements and ensures that PhilCare provides the best rates so as to be awarded with the new business

· Prepares and submits the proposal to the prospective client by checking the completeness of the proposal and in accordance with the requirements of the client/company.

· Presents proposal to client in order to clarify benefits, services and other aspects of a contract.

· Provides quality after sales service to clients and members by addressing client inquiries and concerns prior to the turnover of the account to Account Management Department, including conduct of orientation for members.

· Prepares the following reports:

  • Sales Report (weekly)
  • Pipeline – list of prospective clients (weekly)

· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
