About the role

Join the team at S&L Fine Foods' as a full-time Butcher in our Muntinlupa City Metro Manila location. As an experienced Butcher, you will be responsible for expertly preparing and presenting high-quality meats to our customers, while ensuring efficient and safe operations in our busy retail environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of fresh meats to customer specifications
2. Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat products
3. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area
4. Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
5. Adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
6. Assisting with inventory management and stock control

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Butcher in a retail or commercial setting
2. Thorough knowledge of meat types, cuts, and preparation methods
3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
4. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
5. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
