JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Store Supervisor, the Cashier performs duties related to:


• Cash handling


• Online payments and transactions


• Take-out, pick-up and delivery coordination


• Records Management


• Reports Generation


• Treasury & Safekeeping of funds


• Food app management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Cashier is responsible for managing sales transactions for dine-in or takeout orders. This includes processing customer orders through the POS system, making sure that all orders are properly billed, and exact change are given to the customers. The Cashier is also in charge for online orders received and inaccurately processing customers' online payments.

ADMINISTRATIVE

  1. Collect and safe keep all receipts from all transactions generated in the day's operation

  2. Receive all payments generated from customer sales

  3. Champion Point-of-Sale (POS) related policies and procedures

  4. Take full accountability in endorsing complete sales and other cash related duties and

responsibilities

  1. Uphold the company brand management

  2. Highly knowledgeable in all existing products

  3. Highly knowledgeable in all promotions and offering

  4. Embody and follow Silantro's brand guidelines for employees

  5. Maintain and protect brand image

OPERATIONS

  1. Strictly man the store's cash register at all times

  2. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register/ POS system

  3. Champion POS and cash accountability during operation

  4. Champion the company's vision and mission

  5. Provide exceptional guest experience through the delivery of quality service

  6. Spearhead implementation of all company operations procedures and policy

SALES GENERATION

  1. Perform up-selling and suggestive selling

CASH ENDORSEMENT

  1. Complete endorsement of cash, receipts and other related documents

STORE CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE

  1. Ensure the proper upkeep of the store by performing cleaning, organizing and sanitizing as may be assigned

  2. Monitor and report to management any breakage, malfunction, or deterioration of utensils, tools and equipment of the store
