  • Graduate of Industrial engineering or any business related course
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance the customers' expectations and the company's objectives.
  • Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
  • Manage and source from overseas and domestic vendors to assure competitiveness and product quality.
  • Monitor and review product portfolio to better satisfy the customers and better company profitability.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
  • Inventory Management by managing timely entry and maintenance of purchase orders and ensuring availability & order of stocks proportionate to merchandise movements.
  • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
  • Forecast profits/ sales and plan budgets
  • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear-outs etc.
  • Merchandise planning through analysis of consumer buying patterns and update on trends, review performance indicators such as sales and discount levels. And give directions on pricing and audit implementation on stores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php27,000.00 per month
