Spearhead management of all digital requirements and asset management for Economic Estates to include LIMA Estate, West Cebu Estate and MEZ2 Estate.

  1. Overall project coordinator for digital requirements of all Economic Estate developments
  2. Carries out appropriate digital strategies for communication campaigns
  3. Monitors accomplishments vs. targets and goals for each project
  4. In-depth analysis of relevant reports and market research generated for EE
  5. Propose campaigns and craft digital strategies together with the project teams
  6. Liaise with BU heads, operations, sales, reputation and project development teams
  7. Assist project marketing TMs in coordinating with partner agencies and suppliers (digital, SEO and social media, advertising agencies, web developers)
  8. Roll out integrated marketing communications plan, schedule marketing campaigns that include traditional and digital media.
  9. Explore digital opportunities and initiatives that could assist the Sales and Operations team in the achievement of business unit targets.

  10. Spearhead implementation of the ff. projects:

  11. Community management and content creation for all social media assets of AIC Economic Estates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)

  12. Management of digital assets of AIC Economic Estates (website, database, mobile apps, virtual tours, mailchimp e-newsletter)
  13. Digital Ads management, SEO and SEM, Google Ads Network (GDN)

  14. Digital analytics, monitoring and reports

  15. Review business results against communications plan and advice areas of improvement and management of digital management budget

Education

College graduate in Organizational Communications, Marketing Communications, Advertising Management or any equivalent course

Work Experience

Three to Five (3-5) years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Branding or related tasks

License / Certification and Training Requirement

Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM, GDN knowledge is a plus
