This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless customer experiences post-sale, overseeing onboarding and account health. Your efforts will directly impact customer retention and expansion, helping to protect recurring revenue while enabling the sales team to concentrate on acquiring new clients. You will work collaboratively with various teams to implement effective customer operations and processes. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in scaling customer success across multiple deployments and locations. Accountabilities
  • Take full ownership of customer accounts immediately after contract close
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all post-sale activity
  • Manage onboarding for pilots, phased rollouts, and large-scale multi-store deployments
  • Ensure operational alignment and monitor customer usage and satisfaction
  • Maintain clear health scores for accounts and identify churn risks
  • Create repeatable processes that scale across thousands of locations
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Operations within B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise or multi-location customers
  • Strong operational mindset with high attention to detail and process rigor
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across companies
  • Calm under pressure with strong expectation-setting skills
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fully remote environment
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
