Job Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data
  • You will conduct verification call to suppliers to validate the bank information received
  • You will create and prepare up to date documentation (procedures, manuals, template, system settings) concerning the key activities of the master data management
  • You will prepares master data extraction needed by the different business stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or Information technology
  • You must be knowledgeable in data management and SAP (desired)
  • You must have at least one year experience in business data role; fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply
  • You must have a detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, and their objectives and relating that to associated data structures.
  • You must have a strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
  • You must have the ability to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines
  • You must have the ability to work strategically as well as tactically
  • You must have proven process management and execution skills regarding data governance, processes, workflow, entry, and systems
  • You must have proven process executor and idea generator for improvements
  • You must be able to detect inaccuracies and lead problem resolution
  • Your Query and reporting experience is an advantage
  • You must have Microsoft Office platforms (Expert Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint)
