We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the marketing department in implementing various marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media, and conducting market research. This role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Support- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Help create content for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print materials.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments to ensure campaign alignment.
- Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, track engagement, and report on performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Conduct market research to support campaign strategy and understand customer needs.
- Compile data on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify market gaps.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Help manage logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure marketing materials are prepared and available for events.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and lists.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing project timelines.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Help with basic graphic design tasks using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience in a marketing role is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
