Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related courses

Duties:

  • Responsible for managing and overseeing daily cash transactions within the organization
  • Involves facilitating monetary exchanges, including local sales and non-sales transactions, while ensuring accurate and timely handling of cash
  • Overseeing petty cash funds, processing payments, and disbursing salaries to subcontractors.
  • Check and verify OR's and other supporting documents
  • Prepare petty cash fund vouchers and disburse cash
  • Check and process liquidation of "for audits" taken from petty cash fund
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Assist with various other office tasks as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions efficiently
  • Proven administrative/cash handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php13,500.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
