FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales within assigned territories, focusing on long-term partnerships with end-users, contractors, architects, developers, and designers, while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell products to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic sales activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and share updates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as planning customer visits, updating records, and tracking projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (4 years for Executives).
- Proficient in document and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu and Mandaue Cities.
- Valid professional driver's license; ability to drive a motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle.
