We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow in line with ITIL processes, managing service catalogues, and collaborating with stakeholders across a global organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform in line with governance and ITIL processes
  • Collaborate with service owners on new and existing services
  • Document processes and procedures within ServiceNow
  • Support onboarding of new customers and participate in global projects
  • Communicate service catalogues to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Contribute to process optimization and customer-focused solutions

Requirements:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) with 3+ years' experience in process management
  • Experience in ITIL-based environments (ITIL 4 certification preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural organization
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong initiative and drive

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
