A glimpse into your new role:

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), hiring pipeline, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Source candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards and social media.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and improve recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
