POSITION: Customer Service Associates

WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite

SCHEDULE: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule 24/7

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

  • Healthcare program providing callers (service providers) information about the benefits and eligibility of insurance policy holders, and status of their claims.

(COMPENSATION & BENEFITS)

  • PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,100 Basic Salary
  • PHP 2,000 NTA
  • 20% Night Differential
  • Weekends OFF
  • HMO on Day 1

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)

  • At Senior / HS Graduate
  • With or Without BPO Experience
  • Preferably with BPO CSR experience
  • Above Average English Communication Skills
  • TOR / Diploma
  • COE / Resignation Letter approved or ack by HR and Supervisor
  • Government IDs and Numbers (SSS, Philhealth, TIN, Pag-ibig)
  • NBI Clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php22,610.00 per month
