JOB Summary:

To support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in digital and offline promotional activities, and help ensure that branding, communications, and customer engagement strategies are implemented effectively across platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor progress and gather data on campaign effectiveness for reporting.

Content & Collateral Support

  • Help produce marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, and email newsletters
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and printers when necessary.

Event & Activation Assistance

  • Support company events, trade shows, and brand activations by managing logistics and materials.
  • Handle RSVP lists, on-site support, and post-event documentation.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in updating website content, social media pages, and e-commerce listings.
  • Monitor online engagement and trends to provide basic insights.

Market Research

  • Conduct competitor and customer research to support planning initiatives.
  • Help gather feedback and data for product or service improvements.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain marketing files, brand assets, and supplier records.
  • Prepare reports and presentations. for internal review

Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Other professional certification is a plus

Work Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or a related role.

    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    -Strong creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

    -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
