Project In-Charge – Design, Construction & Building Maintenance

We are a dynamic firm specializing in design, construction, and building maintenance for retail brands and residential projects. We're seeking a Project In-Charge who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes full ownership of their work, and delivers excellence down to the last detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution—from design coordination to construction and turnover
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and site progress with precision
  • Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Review and interpret plans using AutoCAD
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management, especially in retail or residential projects (preferred but not required)
  • New graduates and newly licensed professionals (board passers) are welcome to apply—especially those with strong initiative and a desire to grow
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and AutoCAD
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
