Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all sections of the production and technical operation.
- Monitors attendance of production manning per module per shift per day.
- Implements the company and client's policies, operating guidelines, and house rules.
- Responsible for development of strategies to improve operations/system.
- Coordinates with P&G Sponsors on the module's issues and concern or any changes that may occur during operation.
- Submits operation reports timely and accurately.
- Plan strategies and disseminate for execution.
- Motivates/ Trains all staff and Personnel in achieving work related objectives.
- Intervenes on all aspect of operations and provides immediate action.

Qualifications
- BS in Engineering or any Bachelor's degree with appropriate related experience.
- 1-3 years previous Safety experience in any related industry.
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Assertive, high-energy person.
- Strong leadership skills and communication skill.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent record keeping/documentation skills.
- High sense of urgency and ability to achieve priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet company demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
