  • With at least 6months to 1-year relevant experience as Tele-Collector/Collection Staff.
  • Amenable to report in Head Office-Paseo de Roxas Makati.

Job description:

-Recover and collect accounts receivables and/or other debts owed to Sumisho through call - outs debt collection efforts. Responsible for handling remedial accounts. Ensure that the targets are met or exceeded.

-Execute the collection strategies thru call - outs. Responsible for phone collections and recoveries. Demand letter issuance and repossession thru Remedial Field Specialist

Call-out collections

a. Call and collect debt payment of assigned accounts at the beginning of month.

b. Endorsed un-contacted accounts for field collections.

c. Assist in the resolution of customer's concerns and queries.

d. Analyze and reconcile unpaid balances.

e. Ensure completion of daily collection work-list.

f. Secure arrangements for those who are not able to pay.

g. Update customer contact information.

h. Counsel customers on managing the account.

Reports and Accountabilities

a. Submit daily worklist report.

b. Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the Remedial Head as needed.
