Job Description
Safety & Compliance

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety protocols and reporting standards.
  • Lead by example in maintaining safety practices across all customer and team interactions.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute annual business plans focused on sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics and lead initiatives to meet or exceed business targets.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the QSR business unit.

Customer Management & Value Delivery

  • Define and implement service strategies tailored to QSR client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead business reviews and ensure consistent delivery of value-added services and solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and engaged team culture.
  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.

Business Development

  • Drive new business acquisition through targeted prospecting and industry networking.
  • Oversee proposal development, trials, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of QSR prospects and lead conversion efforts.

The Successful Applicant
Required

  • Proven leadership experience in sales or operations, preferably within the QSR or foodservice industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience, including both field and corporate roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
