The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic performance of diverse properties, including office buildings, mixed-use developments, estates, and dormitels. This executive-level position ensures that operational performance is aligned with business goals, maintaining optimal tenant satisfaction, asset value preservation, and financial targets.

This role works closely with Business Units, internal stakeholders, and service partners to develop efficient, compliant, and future-ready asset operations.

  • Establish a clear vision for facilities management teams across multiple asset classes.
  • Deliver operating and capital budget performance, achieving OPEX targets and CAPEX programs within scope and on time.
  • Oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and asset preservation initiatives, ensuring uninterrupted tenant services and high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to align operations with broader business objectives, revenue targets, and long-term asset planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess lifecycle needs, risks, and opportunities for energy, equipment, and system upgrades.
  • Implement governance frameworks to monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead incident response and crisis management across the property portfolio.
  • Maintain operational readiness for sustainability, digital transformation, and future-of-work trends.
